Business Consulting, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to
access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with
any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

By creating an account on our site, you agree to subscribe to newsletters and other forms of
communication. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications
from us by following the unsubscribed link.
SERVICE & PACKAGES PURCHASES
For the purchases of any services, packages, programs or subscriptions made available through
(“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase
including, without limitation, your credit card number, security code of your credit card, the
expiration date of your credit card, your billing information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other
payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to
us is true, correct, and complete.
The service may employ the use of third-party services (PayPal) & (Stripe) for the purpose of
facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant
us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not
limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or
service, errors in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal
transaction is suspected.
SERVICE, PACKAGES, PROGRAMS, & SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES
Our social media management services billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You
will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are
set up on a monthly basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact
same conditions unless you cancel, or Build Your Business Consulting, LLC cancels it. You
may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting us directly via email or direct number.
A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required to process the payment for your
Subscription. You shall provide a valid payment method for your monthly subscription. By
submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize BYB Consulting to charge all
Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we will issue a default payment email, and
you will have 14 days to rectify the situation.
SERVICE, PACKAGES, PROGRAMS, & SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY
Thanks for purchasing our packages and programs (or subscribing to our services) operated by
Build Your Business Consulting, LLC.
If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All Monthly Services & Subscriptions are eligible for cancellation with a written 30-day notice
without any questions or HASSLES.
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee for all program purchases made on our website or
over the phone or email. If you are not satisfied with the services that you have purchased from
us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for partial reimbursement
based on work done and services paid for before giving the written 30-day cancellation calendar
days of your purchase.
On all website development projects, a completion exceeding over 50% does not qualify for a
full refund.
After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and will not be able to receive a refund.
We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their
purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
All you must do is contact us to cancel & terminate your service/subscription.
